I work with individuals, families, and couples of all ages.

Anxiety, Depression, Mood.

Anxiety and depression look different for each individual. Many people I work with experience ongoing exhaustion and psychological pain—they can’t seem to quiet their nonstop thinking, processing, and to-dos. In others, this exhaustion and pain leave them stuck where they can’t seem to accomplish tasks and move through their day with ease. Sometimes these experiences go hand and hand— a push of anxiety and a pull of depression. Other times, depression, anxiety, or general mood issues may exist alone. Mood might not be the center issue but rather general feelings of fatigue and burnout may be present. In therapy, we can reduce the heaviness and intensity of these experiences.

Additional topics of focus related to anxiety, depression, and mood:

Areas of Focus

Communication + Relationships.

People I meet with often seek more fulfilling relationships with themselves and others. You may wish to understand more about how you show up in relationships, how to practice safe and assertive communication skills, and/or how to identify and meet your needs while also honoring others. Through therapy you may feel more equipped to navigate your relationship with yourself and your relationships with others. We will explore how your way of thinking, feeling, and behaving affects yourself and others. We will explore and honor who you are at your core—without the influence of all the shoulds, coulds, and woulds.
