Something is off…even if you can’t quite put your finger on what it is.

You might see the patterns you’re stuck in—the same kinds of relationships, ways of thinking, or reactions you aren’t proud of—but can never seem to actually shift them. You've tried everything and looked everywhere for answers (and relief), but you still come up empty.

It’s okay to feel lost or unsure about what to do next. We all go through times when we’re doing our best but still feel like we're not moving forward. But I believe it’s possible to get unstuck, but sometimes it takes a different approach to get there—one that helps you reconnect with (and ultimately heal) the parts of yourself that may have been pushed aside or forgotten.

Hi, I’m Lindsey, LMFT

I’ve created this space with you in mind.

Whether you’re dealing with trauma, seeking clarity, or need a place to simply breathe, I’m here. This work has been my passion for years—one I've pursued with purpose and commitment. I believe in people’s ability to heal and grow, and I’m fully invested in helping everyone I work with make the kind of real, lasting change they need and want.

I’m focused on moving things forward and making sure you’re not just here indefinitely.

I know your time is valuable, and my goal is to help you get to a place where you don’t need me anymore (though I’m always here for when you do). Healing has its own pace—it ebbs and flows, and we’ll move through it in a way that feels right for you. I believe therapy should feel like a partnership where you feel seen, heard, and supported. We’ll dive deep, recognize that we’re both very human (and that’s okay!), and often laugh together, too. 

Here, you can heal the deepest parts of yourself and embrace the fulfilling transformation that comes with living life on your own terms.

EMDR

When memories of the past feel too big, too sharp, or too stuck, EMDR can help loosen their hold. Using bilateral movements, we’ll guide your brain to process painful experiences in a way that feels more manageable. This process allows you to get “unstuck” without having to relive the past.

Brainspotting

Your body often knows things before your brain does—Brainspotting helps us tune into that deep, quiet wisdom. By using eye position to access where trauma is stored, we can help those overwhelming feelings move through instead of staying stuck. There’s no rush, no pressure—just space for healing to unfold as it needs to.

Trauma

When we experience trauma, it manifests itself through our body, our thoughts, and our reactions. Whether it’s a single event or years of just trying to survive, we’ll work together to create safety, build trust with yourself, and gently release from the past. Recognizing that your body has done its best to protect you, we’ll learn how to help you heal from the inside out so you can finally feel a sense of freedom.

Anxiety & Depression

Anxiety and depression don’t show up the same way for everyone. For some, it’s nonstop thinking, processing, and pushing through. For others, it’s feeling stuck and unable to get out of bed. And sometimes it’s a mix—a push of anxiety, a pull of depression, or a deep sense of burnout that makes everything feel heavier. Whatever it looks like for you, we’ll work together to quiet the noise, ease the weight, and help you find more clarity, energy, and steadiness.
